Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Nutrition support that’s clinical, personal, and actually doable.
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and nearly five years of experience working in diabetes and endocrine care. I’ve spent my career supporting people through complex metabolic and hormonal health challenges, where nutrition needs to be both science-based and realistic. My role is to help you understand what your body needs, cut through the noise, and feel confident making choices that support your health—not overwhelm it.
My approach is rooted in fact-driven nutrition programs with measurable outcomes, thoughtfully tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, medications, and health goals. This often includes supporting clients navigating today’s evolving weight-loss landscape, including the use of GLP-1 medications, with a strong focus on nourishment, muscle preservation, side-effect management, and sustainable habits. There are no generic plans here—just personalized care designed to create meaningful, lasting change you can actually maintain in real life.
